How to add pages on my site

some of pages with products doesn’t support the settings for all website.
For example it doesn’t support favicon or footer. Maybe I should add it somehow? Or set it separately
please tell how

I saw the screenshot you attached.
You can change the favicon from Appearance >> Customize >> Site identity >> Site icon.

If the problem still continues then deactivate all the third party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
