Dear Support,

My client recently noticed that, on screens with higher resolutions (eg. 3072×1920), that the formatting of the menu looks incorrect. Therefore, I would like to fix this issue.

Please see the images attached.

Hello,

I do not have such a device, I tried to check on the emulator. Please have a look at the screen: https://prnt.sc/x8f3mc I have removed the image background.

Now I set the background back: https://prnt.sc/x8f51s As you can see the categories are properly shown. The problem is caused by the image background try another one or delete it.

Hi,

Do you mean I have to create a background image for higher resolutions?
Emulating it myself doesn’t replicate the issue as well. But emulators aren’t 100% accurate all the time, which is proven by my client, as he still has the weird formatting of the categories. So again, would creating a background image in a higher resolution fix the issue?

Hello,

Your image is spread and causes the problem. If you are going to use such a screen, try to upload a huge size image and check.
