Woocommerce Shop page and other page backend preview changes button not working

    Hi Support,

    I need your help on my current website WooCommerce shop page backend preview changes button not working if I added something on a page builder it does not reflect on the preview page and another issue on any page Edit with WPBakery Page Builder not working can you please help me on this what issue on that.

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached.

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Hi Support, I checked on my staging site it’s not working I think you a misunderstanding when you open a shop page from website backend and update or add anything on WP bakery page builder and then click on Preview changes button without save button it does not display that things which you added right now and the second thing I checked on a staging site when you click any of page and open from “Edit with WPBakery Page Builder” it’s working have you did something on a staging website because on the live website it is not working can you please guide me on this.

    Hello,

    For the preview changes I have logged into your website and checked by activating the default wordpress theme and it behaves the same with it which clears that the issue is not with our theme.

    You can try asking the Wp-Bakery support for help regarding this.

    And for the front-end editor not working I did not do anything on the website. I just cleared the WP Rocket cache and checked and it was working.
