Banner error when open in chat room

    Hi
    i recently purchase the theme and find out there are some problem with the banner when opening the website in chat room such as line or what’s app…. please see the attached picture.This is the problem exist in demo website….and my website as well. You can see that the main image and words are gone, only background left. How to fix this ?

    hello,

    my site has the same problem with your demo ones…… so if you can fix the demo banner , mine can be fixed as well!
    but still i can provide the admin access.

    We have checked. This is the Slider Revolution bug. They should fix it in the nearest update.

    Hello,

    I do not think so, this bug is present in the recent version. Switching to the previous Slider Revolution version may help.

    The nearest previous version should solve the problem. Do you have the previous version of the Slider Revolution? Should I send you?
