good day sir, when i am in incognito everything that i did seemed to be ok. However, when im on the backend of my website to make any changes i dont see the changes made, i have to go incognito to see the changes i have made. i will give you my user and password so you can take a look.
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
