How to get rid of BRANDS filter and get a CLIENTS or PARTNERS carousel

Basically everything is included in topic title.
What we want to achieve is just to get the carousel with customers logos (option: clickable logos, that lead to their websites).

To remove the brand’s slider you need to Go to Theme Settings >> Footer >> Prefooter area >> You need to clear the content in it.

And sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings to add the clickable our partners carousel.

Please try adding the image gallery to an HTML block and add the ID of that HTML block in the pre footer area under Theme Settings >> Footer.
