    Hi,

Sorry for the late reply. When I activate the theme and try to edit some pages I get 500 server errors. I also get PHP Errors and when testing using other themes and get no errors.

I also get data table errors.

I am not sure what’s the cause but I think it might be WpBakery related as I get the errors when trying to edit those pages en mass.

    Thanks,
    Shane

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated, please provide your site admin access to the private area.

Please confirm the permission for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

I’ve done all that and works fine using default wordpress theme 2019.

Problem seems to be related to the theme wpbakery & AAM. I get some data tables errors when opening multiple tabs, ajax errors and 500 server errors. These normally go away with a refresh.

I’ve tested both on the default theme and both work together ok.

Once I change to parent/child I get those errors.

    Login details below.

    Thanks
    Shane

    Hello,

It means that the child theme has errors or incorrect code, activate the child theme copy cut all the code and save, then insert snippet by snippet checking the performance, you will detect the harmful code this way.

    Hi,

Just to confirm. If I switch to the parent theme I get the same errors.

Ive also set up staging for testing and the problem still exists. (Details in Private)

The errors only go away if I change to a wordpress default.

Can you confirm if your above suggestions will still resolve this? If so please let me know the steps to take so I can test on staging.

The problem occurs when we stress test the site. EG – Opening lots of tabs or we have a few users working on the website back end.

    WP_MEMORY_LIMIT 256M
    WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT 1024M
HP version 7.3.26 (Supports 64bit values)
    PHP SAPI cgi-fcgi
    PHP max input variables 3000
    PHP time limit 120
    PHP memory limit 1024M
    Max input time 120
    Upload max filesize 256M
    PHP post max size 256M

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated 😀

    Thanks,
    Shane

    Hello,

Now I have activated all the plugins related to the theme and tried to edit the page – no problem, no errors.

Please activate your third parties plugins one by one to detect which one causes the problem.

    Best Regards

    Hi Elise,

Thanks again for looking into it.

The problem occurs when I activate WP Bakery & AAM along with Woodmart.

Its ok when working with a few tabs but we have multiple people editing the site at once and w seem to have an ajax overload.

If you want to test yourself. If you use projects as starting point and open to edit around 20 – 30 you will start to see the error which results in 500 errors for everyone else.

I understand we shouldn’t have 30 tabs open but stretched over 20 admins this is very easy to do quickly.

    Please test on staging 😀

    Thanks,
    Shane

    Hello,

Now wonder if you open 20-30 pages simultaneously, do you have this problem when you open up to 10 pages?

Please check the issue on up to 10 pages without AAM.

    Best Regards

    Hi Elise,

10 pages seems to be ok. No errors. Infact I can open more than 10 if either AAM or Bakery is turned off with no problems. Its only once both are on and Woodmart is active.

We have upped server resources etc but no joy.

    Thanks,
    Shane

    Hello,

Server cannot cope with loading that is why you get this error. Please contact your host support.

    Hi Elise,

I got in touch with the hosting first. We upped the resources etc to more than enough but we still get the same problem. If you feel this is the reason though, I can revert back to them.

    Thanks,
    Shane

    Hello,

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on any default theme to detect if our theme causes the problem.

    Best Regards
