Live Composer doesn't exist

So I’ve sent a few emails after buying WoodMart as pre-sale questions… no answers ( it passed like 10-12 hours ) so I wanted to buy it anyway and I bought it. Until now I like it but there is a problem. Visual Composer doesn’t exist ( I wanted to make a megamenu ) so I tought maybe I didn’t install the theme corectly so I want to reinstal another zip or smth, but it doesn’t show the box where I can upload a zip ! Hope I can get answers faster here.. a live chat would be even better. And to answer my pre-sale questions myself, yes, it works pretty fast, It probably has a mega menu ( if you’ll solve the visual composer thing ), I don’t need elementor for it since I the themesettings works live. I dunno.. it’s ok, hope you can solve my problem.
