Insert templates in home page

    Hi, I’m trying to add your available templates to the home page with WP Bakery but they don’t load. I’ve tried the an instagram template and image grid. For instagram a code came up but incorrect and for the image grid it didn’t do anything.

    Hello,

    First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :).

    I saw the screenshot you attached.

    Please Go to Theme Settings >> General and set the page builder to WPB.

    Then clear cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then deactivate all the third party plugins and provide with the login details of the website check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Hi Aizaz,

    Page builder is set to WPB.
    I have deactivated all page builder related plugins.

    Login details are in “private content”.

    Your issue has been resolved. Please deactivate the cache plugin clear browser cache and check back.
