Production Variation Dropdowns display on Product Card Hovers

When hovering on a Product Card for a Variable product, underneath the Select Options button it is (most of the time) displaying dropdowns for the available options. This looks very messy and does not happen on the demo site.

Please deactivate all the third-party plugins, activate the parent theme clear cache, and then check back.
If the problem continues then leave the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with recommended plugins.

I have identified it is the theme conflicting with YITH Woocommerce Product Add Ons.
Do you have any insight why?
