Improve theme performance

Hello.
I want to improve my site performance and I want to ask you for recomendations on how to improve my specific site.
Also, I really would like your help to disable all unused CSS styles. I don’t know how to determinate specically what I am using or not.
My site is host with Kinsta and I have WP-rocket installed with all performance option activated.

Website optimization is an individual process for every website. We recommend you analyze your performance with online tools like Pingdom Website Speed Test, Google Pagespeed, Gtemtrix and Web page test. They will give you a lot of recommendations and tips regarding performance.
