Hello,
our customers are having some difficulties sometimes leaving a review. In fact if the review must be moderated, as it is on our installation, after that a review is wrote and sent, the customer do not receive any confirm about the fact that the review is sent and that he/she must wait. The page reloads and the game ends there without any communication. How the customer can understand that the review is sent? Sometimes they write the review again, and again!
From our point of view the best thing would be that the customer receives an alert just like when it add a product to the cart on the first row of the page. Something like “Review received. It will be published soon!”.
