Use images from product variations – Doesnt replace color swathces

    Hello, could you please assist me with enabling the “Use images from product variations” functionality? When I turn it on it doesn’t seem to change anything and the color swatches are still displayed instead of the image of the product variants.

    Hello,

    This option is used to fill the images of the specific variation with the image of the specific variation swatch.

    Please make sure that you have added the images to all the variations then clear cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Thank you for the tips Aizaz unfortunately even after resetting the cache still nothing changes. I am attaching the admin panel login details and a link of a simple product with 3 color variations. Thanks in advance

    Hello,

    Please Edit each attribute item and remove the color preview and enable the attribute swatch option.

    I have cleared the color preview and enabled the option for three attributes and the images are displayed on the following product:

    Thank you very much Aizaz I didn’t realize that you have to remove the color preview for it to work. One last thing, is it possible to have a color preview on the filter/widget area where the actual color is displayed and then image preview on the products?

    Hello,

    You are Most Welcome.

    Sorry but the option works the same for all places. You cannot use the settings separately for them.

    It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
