activation of base version is not working

hi, I am facing a problem when my site is logged in from another country as an administrator. i have installed successfully my theme and also import my demo as well. there has no problem when i am alone handling my site. But the problem is here when my partner logged in from another country to help me like product uploading or SEO purpose, then the activite base version is showing instead of activated base version.
I cant understand where the problem is.

I want this proper solution please help me, I nedd your support.

Hello,

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Even though you have uploaded the demo this window has this view as you show on the screen. If you want to reset the theme settings, you can Activate the base version.

If you are not going to upload any demos, just ignore this tab. And please note, if you upload a demo, all the site settings would be overridden

I imported the black Friday demo, still, now this demo is working but I want to know why “activated” is gone for logged in from other countries. Can you explain why it happened and is it a major problem?
In the second screenshot, you can see, my imported demo does not show there.
I need a proper explanation.

This is the correct view of the option. It should be so. Do you have any other problems with the demo?

How can I get like this?

Hello,

This feature is provided by a plugin we do know which one. The default Woocommerce does not have such options.
