    Hi
    I just bought support for 41$ for next six months.
    I have problem updating theme so please if you can fix it from your side, because site is not functional at the moment.

    Hello,

    Woocommerce has released the update. We shall include the template update in our nearest theme update. Meanwhile, you can work and this warning would not influence or prevent site working.

    tnks for nothing, I gave 41$ for this kind of help?
    I had problem and site was down because of problem with old templates.
    So I payed professional to fix this issue. I will ask for refund because you didn’t help at all.

    this update messed up everything on site. Doesnt work and cant see half of things from before.
    Can you help me to update old basel theme instead installing new one.

    Please advise if you have made the backup of your site before the update? Can you restore the site?

    Please advise what you have updated: Woocommerce or Basel theme?

    Our Basel theme support relates to the theme only. We cannot be responsible for any problems caused by other plugins update. At the same time, we would do our best to help you. Please restore the site from the backup and provide you site admin access I will check and give the instruction on how to update safely.

    If you cannot restore the site, please give me access in any case I will check and see what we can do for you.

    We have updated Woocommerce on our testing sites with Basel theme and we have no problems at all, a lot of other site owners have updated the Woocommerce no claims.

    I sent you all info about admin log in first and second message.
    Problem is with theme which i cannot update to new version. we installed new one over ftp but when i activate new one then some setup is lost and cant access to edit. If I switch to older version of Basel theme site crashes and its not accessible.
    Please check all info in previous messages.
    I would ask you to enter and update old version of theme if is possible.

    Hello,

    Please remove old version of the theme: https://prnt.sc/yaurn4

    Please disable and delete Redux and CMB2 plugin they are no more needed. They are harmful now. Check the site functionality you will find that all works properly. More details are here: https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/faq-guides-2/4-x-5-0-migration-guide/

    If you still have any problems, deactivated all the plugins not related to the theme (the list of plugins related to the theme you can find in appearance > Install plugins.)

    And check the issue.

    Site is functional now because we installed new version of Basel theme but old one is deactivated. Problem is that some things i cant see to edit like slider for main page and some other things missing from old one.
    Is there any solution to transfer slider from old to new installation?
    Now if you try to go edit slider there is nothing, and it doesn’t show it correctly.

    I didn’t make any update because I didn’t have option to update. Site just crashed because of old templates in woocomerce as i got that message in dashboard. if you change Basel theme to old one you will get same situation.
    Tried to add woocomerce templates from new update to old one with ftp, but didn’t work, some errors are gone but old theme still crashes site. So after new install of Basel site got working but some things missing.
    Please try again now site is accessible.

    It looks like five people trying to help and answer and I need to explain to each one individually.
    New theme is installed but i asking you is it possible to update old one which have older version so that i reactivate that one. On new one i do not have slider to edit which is in older version. I am not sure did i got all info transferred into new one, and what to do next time when i get new update, again install third one?
    If you can help to solve problem to update old theme with old version and how to do that proper way because there is no update button like some other seller have.
    I checked your tutorial do not need to send me link.

    Hello,

    I can send you the archive of the previous version of the theme to roll back. Please advise which version you need. Now you can just activate the theme version available in Dashboard > Themes https://prnt.sc/yf7gnu

    If you set any previous version of the theme, nothing would appear, the site would be the same, some errors may occur, but no sliders or other content.

    I cannot figure out the problem nature and I feel you are going to solve it with not effective method. That is why I ask you to list all the problems you have now, I will do my best to settle.

    Slider Revolution – I see sliders https://gyazo.com/369ba92f45b545944c5c93e535f1b98b and I see the slider on the home page.

    The Basel slider is empty, do you want it, which one? I will help to congirue.
