Related products random image placeholder problem

I have a big random problem, when i move on my website http://www.lebrate.eu
sometimes i see in related products error.

I see placeholder image instead of product featured image.
It is sooo random that i cannot track it. But i know for 100% its related to Your Theme.
When i change Theme – related products image works fine.
When i switch back to WoodMart – it is still placeholder image.

I tried everything with plugins etc, nothing worked.
Please help.

Hello,

I saw the screenshots you attached and visited your website.

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and the recommended plugins then check back.

If the problem still continues then deactivate all the third party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details of the website then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

Hello,

I did what u said:
I upraded theme to the lastest version with all recommended plugins.
And still nothing.
I tested everything, i deactivated other plugins and still the same problem. Please help

Where i should provide the login details? Here?

Hello,

I logged into your website and you still haven’t updated the theme and the recommended plugins.

Please update the theme and the recommended plugins to the latest version and then clear cache and check back.
