Customize the purchase process

Hello, I would like to customize the purchase process to remove the payment option but allow the order to be processed as usual: (something like this):
1) Once an item is placed into the cart a buyer click to finalize the order;
2) No payment required, just the message that an order is accepted and to be processed;
3) A seller receives the notification with the order details and after all communicates to the buyer to confirm the payment options;

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available to achieve what you required.
Because the adding the product to cart and the payment process and everything related to the are woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.
