WooCommerce Variable product tab are NOT loaded

    WooCommerce Variable product tab are not loaded in the administrative panel when editing the product after installing the demo. How to fix it? Thanks

    Hello,

    First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :).

    I saw the screenshot you attached.

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    This problem is not in third party plugins, but in the woodmart theme.

    If you turn off woodmart and turn on any other theme with wocommerce on, everything work fine.

    Loading error appears when selecting a variation tab from existing product attributes or in any other cases.

    Please fix it.

    I do it.
    The same result.
    What cache you mean? Browser cache?
    Im not using any plugins for this. I have required theme plugins installed and loco translate only.
    Woocommerce variable products are not working!!!

    I decided reset all site database and have this errors after activation theme…
    What the problem?

    Hello,

    I have logged into your website again and activated the default WordPress theme and then activated the WoodMart theme.

    Now the variable product tab is working absolutely fine. It seems that the issue is with WooCommerce DB.

    Yeah Thank you.
    I figured it out.
    The problem went away after I changed the server settings.

    At first, I installed the wordpress and activate theme at PHP 8.0
    And there was a lot of errors in the logs.

    I try many ways to fix it, then changed PHP version to 7.3 and backup all database and wocommerce become workable.
