    Hallo beim Shopp, kommen mir die Vorschaubilder unscharf, und es wird nicht das ganze Bild angezeigt? Im Produktkatalog sind die Bilder viel zu gross, man sieht nur ein Teil vom Produkt.
    Auf der Produktseite passt es.

    Können Sie mir mal Ihre Shop URL geben, dann werde ich es mal überprüfen. Es sieht so aus, dass die Bilder nicht richtig skaliert sind. Die Einstellung dafür finden Sie hier: https://tinyurl.com/y46yrq6u

    Aber ich kann es mir auch mal anschauen und die beste Einstellung für sie analysieren.

    Besten Dank für Ihr schnelles Feedback. Anbei sende ich Ihnen die Daten. Ich habe die Bilder gestern erneut aufgeladen. Die Auflösung müsste sehr hoch sein.

    Wie gross (Dimension) sind Ihre Produktebilder, bevor sie diese hochladen? Es scheint so, dass Ihre Bilder nicht 1:1 sind.

    Ja jetzt sehe ich es. Die Bilder sind ja sehr hoch.
    Haben sie es mal mit diesen Einstellungen versucht? (Bild im Anhang)

    Ja genau, ich habe mi diesen Bilder gearbeitet… darum kann ich die Auflösung nicht verstehen das es so unscharf kommt

    Im Customizer sollten Sie die Bilder nicht zuschneiden, weil er sonst die Bilder abschneidet. Er macht dann ein Viereckiges Bild draus. Ihre Bilder sind aber sehr hoch.:

    Customizer Einstellung:
    Nicht zuschneiden
    Bilder werden in dem Seitenverhältnis angezeigt, in dem sie hochgeladen wurden

    Falls Sie Hilfe brauchen bei Ihrem Shop-Projekt, stehe ich gerne zu Verfügung. Ich habe viel Erfahrung mit WooCommerce und Webdesign. Auch WAWI Anbindung, Kundenmails, Rechnungen, usw.

    We appreciate your assistance, however, sometimes it is a bit harmful. Users often provide site URL in the private area that is confidential and you request them to send again that may irritate them.

    In addition, when you reply to the topic, the goes to the top, and the users have to wait longer for the response from us.
