Internet Explorer – Slider Revolution not showing

    Hi,

    I have noticed that our slider is not showing on IE. It is working fine on other browsers. Any idea what might be wrong?

    Hello,

    I have checked our demo with Slider Revolution it is shown in Explorer.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated, please, provide your site admin access to the private area.

    Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

    Thanks for the quick reply.
    Plugins have been deactivated and parent theme has been activated. The problem remains.

    I’m using Internet Explorer version 20H2 (screenshot attached)

    I have created a temporary testing environment for you to check further (access in the private area)

    Hello,

    I have checked the slider on a default theme it does not work in Explorer either. It means that our theme does not influence the slider in the explorer.
    Please contact the host support, perhaps there are settings blocking the slider. I check our testing sites, Slider Revolution is shown well in explorer.

    Thanks for taking the time to check.
    Actually, the site is installed on two different host environment and it does not work on any of them.

    I have sent an email to Slider Revolution support.
