MailChimp Subscriber Error

    New customers not being added to MailChimp list since Basel Theme installed.

    We were using MailChimp for WordPress plugin, which would signup customers to our MailChimp list. However, it’s not being working since Basel was installed. Status connected with api key. Can’t find any settings in WooCommerce or elsewhere to adjust.

    Attempted to use alternative plugin: WooCommerce MailChimp plugin, but that’s not working either.

    Any ideas on what it could be? Does Basel have any built in MailChimp support which could be causing integration problems?

    Hi,

    We are using this plugin for mailchimp subscription form https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/
    We suggest you to read their documentation for help on this issue. Seems to be some problem from the Mailchimp side. You can contact their support service for help also.
