Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?

The wishlist work perfectly but not the number item icon en the header. It yet show 1 item added
Try to add some product to the wishlist and then remove it. Also, clear your browser cache and cookies.
