image size ratio problem

    hello
    trying to keep the images in category and single product in 1×1 ratio and i have been trying for days!
    not sure if this issue is related to theme or to WooCommerce.
    i have checked this link and many post in this forms!

    note: im using importer products from Aliexpress and most bulk images are in different ratio

    images is not being effect by this instruction at all!

    Hello,

    If you want to have a nice view, you will have to upload equal size images of the same proportion regardless of the theme.

    The cropping feature does not cove the product image. Please consider uploading equal images.

    Unfortunately, there is no customization solution for images, as they are all different and one image would be cropped, another speed that would affect the image quality.

    I just notice in my previews post that images didn’t upload due to “512 KB” limitation
    please check image attached.
    as i mentioned earlier even in category thumbnail not being effected by cropping. same as single product.
    so after all do you mean the only solution is to crop them manually? there is about 2k images for all single product.
    any suggestion would be appreciated

    Hello,

    Please contact your host support and ask them to increase the file size limitation, our theme does not influence that.
