Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.

If you see the same on the Storefront, it means that our theme does not cause the problem.

If you have made any customizations, try to remove the theme and check. You can make the full backup of your site and reinstall Woocommerce.
