Shop page with elementor widgets dont work

Hello, I have switched from wpbackery to elementor. The woodmart widgets are no longer displayed in the shop. Neither the filter nor the side bar. In cusomer the widgets are only grey. how can I reinsert them? All other pages work well

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :).
I saw the screenshot you attached.
Please make sure that you have installed and activated the woodmart core plugin. Then clear cache and check back.
If the problem still occurs then deactivate all the third party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details of the website then we troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
