    There is no text with number 11 as you see in the photo, how can i fix this?

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated, please, provide your site admin access to the private area.

    Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

    Hello,

    the culprit is Loco translate. I translated woodmart child theme and it doesn’t show correctly. I need help since I can’t translate anything else and it is your theme.

    Then activate one by one checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    What did you do with the home page layout?? some elements are broken and footer widgets are gone. I reverted to child theme and it still hasn’t appeared!!! Why did you do this??

    Like I said it’s loco translate fault, why did you do all that???

    Please contact your host support perhaps there is an automatic backup and you can restore the site as it was.

    The problem was caused by the third-parties plugins. Loco neve causes such problems.

    Backup restoration costs 12 euros. What did you do for this to happen? a week ago I changed themes and deactivated plugins to find another problem and nothing was ruined. Now it is when I gave you the login. Maybe another staff member will better know how to act?

    I don’t know if only the footer is missing. Maybe something else went wrong and only later I will find it. This in unacceptable.

    I deactivated the plugins and switched to the parent theme. I did not touch the content. I did not touch the footer widgets.

    Did you deactivate the plugins and child theme when I asked to do that in my first reply?

    Sorry for the inconvenience, next time before any testing I will ask everybody to make the full backup of the site. In most cases, such a procedure does not influence the site, but sometimes it may reset the widgets.
