I created a header for my site. In the attachment you can see what it looks like.
But I have the problem.
I want the sticky header to be just a Top header.
More precisely, I want the top header to be active only when scrolling. Is that possible?

I think you want to show the top header only on a scroll or use it as a stick header only, not showing when the page is loaded? If yes, then it is not possible.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
