2 days ago I bought your WoodMart template but I have an error.
When uploading the template, it uploads fine, but when I want to do the base import, it doesn’t come out as shown in the example, I get everything messy, without the logo, without the menu.

Everything looks messy, We try to upload the template several times and every time the same thing happens to us.
