woodmart theme header customize loading problem

when I customize woodmart theme header option then input the logo or text and social follow then click the save header now show me Loading please wait…. but is not saved
please check this problem and as soon as solve the problem

Hello,

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated, please, provide your site admin access to the private area.

Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

I did as you told me to do, but the settings did not change.

Please change the credentials and do not leave them in the public area. Please provide the login URL and make the full backup of your site.

I checked but did not see any IP block.I am giving you access to my Cpanel please solve this problem of mine otherwise give me a chance to change the new e-commerce theme by changing these three

I checked the IP and did not see any block there.I have given you my cPanel ID-password and WordPress username and password. Please customize the theme or else I will be given permission to buy another theme.Otherwise, my money should be returned to me

Hello,

Try to disable mod_security on your server. It seems to block Header Builder’s “save” requests. Contact your hosting provider for help.
