Attribute template category listing

Hi,

I’m looking to remove the category listing on the attribute template.
Actually, the category template show the subcategories of the current category (that is great).
But when I go to an Attribute archive, the main categories of my shop are listed.
How can I remove them ?

Exemple with a attribute called “criteres” and term called “biologique”, so I have the following URL :
/criteres/biologique/

Finally, how I can setup this fix in my child theme ?
