    in my Basel thema there’s no Demo Import data.
    Where I can find it?

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Please check and enable “Enable Dummy Content import function” in the Theme Settings > Other.

    If it is enabled and you do not see the option, enable the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins.

    If the problem persists, please provide the site admin access to the private area.

    Hello,

    Please delete CMB2 and Redux plugins they are no more needed.

    Your child theme contains errors please check and correct them.

    Please check your site now, it seems it does not have errors. Try to upload the demo, please note all the settings would be reset, all the content would remain. Before uploading a demo, make the full backup of your site.

    Our support does not cover fixing the custom code. Do you have any errors on the parent theme? if you need this page, you will need to correct the code or find a developer who would help you.

    Hello,

    Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on any defult theme to detect if our theme causes the problem.

    Its not possibile, i have a big problem in my site now.
    With Olè versione 4.3 there was all ok, my script and more work correctly.
    Now, with new version no one gongood.
    I have no problem ti share my contents, but really I Need your Support.
    If i Need to pay ok but please help to me.

    I am checking the site and do not see any problems caused by our theme.

    Please provide the screen and steps that would allow reproducing the problem.

    Please switch to the parent theme and deactivate the plugins, check if you still have the problems.

    We shall do our best to help you we need more information and deactivating the plugins.
