WoodMart Product Variation Error – XTemos

Hello. On the product page I have a problem showing the photos in the color variation, it shows the photos of the default color well, but when selecting the color and size of a variation it only shows the main photo of the selected color, the other two Photos are the default color of the product, for example if the default photos are black when selecting blue, the first one is blue, but the next two are black. I have not installed new plugins, and before it worked fine.

Hello,

I have visited your website. Please make sure that you have added a variation images gallery for each variation and enable the option from Theme Settings >> Product Page >> Images.

If it was already added. That is why the error seems strange to me, I already deactivate and activate the plugins and nothin 🙁

Hello,

Please deactivate all the third-party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

In our servers we have restricted the following accesses from IPs of non-Spanish speaking countries.

You can tell me the country where you are to add it

thank you, you can try logging in again.

I was reviewing the products and I realized that the variations do not load the three photos but only 1, but when the products are exported as CSV when reviewing them they show the links of the 3 photos.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

Hello

I think I got the solution, for image variations, they should go in Meta: wd_additional_variation_images_data, but they should go as ID, if I put the url it doesn’t recognize it, is there any way to put a code in funtions.php to recognize the url? or something else?
