    Hi,

    The shop menu dropdown does show on desktop but not on mobile,

    I have attached 2 screenshots for further detail.

    Hello,

    There is the option to assign two different menus for the desktop and for the mobile. Please check your menu in Appearance > Menu.

    If you still have the problem, please provide your site admin access into the private area.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the WoodMart theme (now another theme is active), check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
