There is a problem with AJAX Add to cart on product page. When I add a product into cart it added into cart but does not show in cart. I need to refresh the page to see product in cart.
If the problem still continues then deactivate all the third party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
Please deactivate all the third-party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.
If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and tell me with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
