    issue in single product page. hi a have a small issue in some products if you scroll down you will see that appears extra products and there are a lot see here scrol down same single product page

    Hello,

    Can you please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site and activate only theme required plugins then check the site, I am sure your issue will be solved.

    If the issue will still exist then please remain the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know, I will check it further.

    thanks look like product with the same title got the same url. lol any idea hot to fix it?

    Hello,

    Please edit the products and change the product slug manually then go to Settings >> Permalink >> and click save changes only.

    i did it that but i dont understand products with same title have the same URL https://emporio-shop.gr/shop/ανδρικά/μπλούζες-ανδρικά/ανδρική-κοντομάνικη-μπλούζα-superdry/

    how is this posible?

    Hello,

    Yes, it is not possible, the WordPress auto changes the URL slug if the page product titles are the same, but in your case, it will not happen. Please send me the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and solve the issue.

    Hello,

    I have found that you are using the old version of the plugins, please update all the plugins to the latest version, then activate the parent theme and check the issue, I am sure your issue will be solved.

    Also, update the PHP version to 7.4

    This is not possible the web site have a lot of traffic so i cannot activate the parent theme. the child theme doesent have any changes. I cannot disable i will brake all widgets, menu etc

    you talk about wpbakery, revslider and woocomerce? i cannot update this updates with the theme updates right? and i have already the latest version of the theme

    Hello,

    Yes, I am also trying to say that they are not auto-updated with the theme, you have to update them, please update all these plugins then check the issue.

    Also, for the safe side, please take the complete backup of your site then update these plugins.

    looks like products with the same title get the same uRL

    Hello,

    We need to be able to switch between themes and plugins to understand if it is caused by our theme or not. If we can’t do this on your live website, please, create a staging copy of this one to be able to perform such types of experiments.

    Our theme doesn’t influence single products and permalinks. That is why we don’t know what is it caused by.

    Usually, permalinks are regenerated by WordPress when you save them in Dashboard -> Permalinks.
