Contact Form 7 missing send Notification for Customer

    Hi

    I have a strange Issue on the Contact Form 7. When a User is logged in, the Theme shows a Green confirmation bar after pressing the “send” button. When a customer is not logged in the confirmation bar is not showing and the text in the contact form remains. In both ways i get the E-Mails from the customer.

    Hope you got a solution for this issue.

    Hello,

    Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on any default theme to detect if our theme causes the problem.

    Hi there Ueli,

    Did you sort this out? Our contact form 7 confirmation bar also displays strangely, since the last CF7 update. It is very slow to appear and not smooth.

    Let me know how you got on with your issue!

    No, problem is stil here. Got no solution for it :/ if the customer press the send button. The message still appears and there is only a „x“ showing in the right down corner. So the customer dont know if the the text was sendet. i get the about 10 mails. Because customers still try to click it. 😩

    Is there any solution for it? The problem still remains. A customer sended me 24 times the same contact form. This is bot good. With this issue i gona loose customers.

    Please help me.

    What does hapen when i deactivate the theme and change it to default theme? Will i loose all my settings and layouts? Or can i deactivate you theme and change it without any issues?

    Hello,

    Please make the full backup of your site and check on the default theme, usually, nothing happens, however, it would be better to make the backup.

    Finally i did find a solution fo this ussue. I dis a rollback of the plugin and downgraded it to to the previous version. All is working now again. Looks there is a problem with the theme with the new update.
