    Hello,

I have a question and I would like to know if it is possible to solve it.
In my store I have created categories and subcategories. In turn, he created individual pages to show the main categories, instead of being shown as Woocommerce does, in such a way that when I access by breadcrumbs any of the categories that is shown as “page”, I can see the own contents that I have edited. This possibility of accessing my category page instead of the woocommerce category is managed using the “Redirection” plugin.

The problem happens when I am inside a category, and I browse the categories that are in the sidebar. If I click on any one, it directly loads all the products of that category in the layout but it does not load the page that I have created for that category.

    Summarizing:
If I browse my store and use the breadcrumbs, I can access my personalized pages for each category.
If I navigate through the sidebar and access the same category that I wanted to access through the breadcrumbs, the products appear in the central layout but my personalized page does not load.

Is it possible to do something about it?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

The only way out is to search and install a prediction plugin that would allow redirecting the default woocommerce categories to your custom categories. Please consult your SEO expert before doing this.

    Hello again,

Maybe I did not express myself well in my previous email. I am already using a redirect pluign that works perfectly on breadcrumbs. The problem arises in the left sidebar, when I click on any category. In that case, it doesn’t redirect me to the specific page created for the category.

Is there any solution for this?

    Thanks

    Hello,

Unfortunately, our theme does not influence that and does not have any options to change that. Perhaps you will have to customize the Woocommerce.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards
