Woodmart elements not expanding

    Dear,

    I’m facing 2 issues.

    1) on the mega menu (mobile & desktop) the “burger menu” is not expanding
    2) on the product page, the Woodmart horizontal tabs are not expanding

    I installed the plugin Health Check to debug the problem and the issue remains even when there is only 3 plugins : WooCommerce, Woodmart Core and WPBakery.

    Can you please check the video below and see what’s wrong?
    Those tabs are designed by Woodmart so I suppose support for this issue is on your side.

    Hello,

    I watched the video you attached and visited your website.

    Your website is loading from cache please delete the cache folder from “Wp-content” the disable server caching, deactivate cache plugins if have then clear browser cache and check back.

    Hello,

    Please have a look at the video capture & staging below.

    All plugins / caching / customizations are disabled but the issues remain there.

    1) on the mega menu (mobile & desktop) the “burger menu” is not expanding
    2) on the product page, the Woodmart horizontal tabs are not expanding

    The issue cannot be tested on a default wordpress theme because they relate to Woodmart features.

    I saw the screenshots you attached.

    Sorry, but the login details you provided are not working. Please provide the correct admin panel login details with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    Hello,

    As we can see, our js/functions.js is cached or customized somehow and these functions don’t work. Please, restore the original file and make sure that it is not cached, minified etc.

    Ok there was still 1 layer of nginx cache in my hosting, I disabled that too.
    Now I think it should be fine, there is no other layer of caching

    4) open any product page, open the image gallery then close it, you’ll see that the image remains displayed on the screen.

    Dear,

    Hold on here. I found the root cause, it seems some theme files got broken.

    I simply re-installed the theme in Appearance > Themes and re-upload the file.

    Now everything is in order. You can close this ticket thanks
