New account and blank page

When I create a new account from the website, I only have a blank page…
Not very pleasant for new customers…

Yes. In fact, you have to go in my account and create a new account as a new customer.

Could you please check how it will work with default WordPress theme?
What do you mean by “default WordPress theme”. I try with “Twenty Seventeen” theme but no account appears ?
No problem with parent theme, but blank page with child theme ?
An idea ?
If it works with parent theme then it seems to be some problem with the custom code in the child theme. Did you make any customization in the child theme?

I have tyred by deleting all custom css… blank page…

It can’t be caused by CSS. Most likely some problem in PHP files. Try to remove them or simply reupload the child theme downloaded from ThemeForst.
Ok. Do you know where is this php file and may you send me an original to test. Thanks a lot
So I have tryed several things:
1/ Without custom css: same problem
2/ With original function.php of child theme: same problem
3/ If I use parent theme it is working.
I have created nearly 20 new accounts for this result
So now, is it possible you have a look at the problem ?

So, it was a problem with Woocommerce and e-mail / new account…
