I use the YITH Gift Cards plugin for custom gift cards, but it appears there’s a problem with the theme. At the moment, when people order a gift card with a custom image, they’ll get a gift card with the default image.
YITH found the problem.
It’s generated by the “Ajax add to cart” feature from your theme, which is not compatible with Gift Cards. If you disable this option, all is working fine again. If you want to keep this option enabled, you should contact your theme support and ask them to not execute this feature in the products of type “gift-card”, so you can use it in your other products.
I do not want to disable this feature, so could you help me execute this feature in the products of type ‘gift-card’?
