Shop page pagination has pages but products not showing

I have several products in the eshop I m building right now but they are not visible in the shop page, in category page products are shown without any problem. But in shop I can see that there are many pages but the first in empty and the rest have different number of products each. Categories pages seem ok though.

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem.
If you see the same on the Storefront, please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
