    Hi,

    I need help with the following issue – I do use a live chat (tawk.to) which covers the Accept button.How can I make when this bar is active the chat widget to move up above it

    Hello,

    Sorry but the default tawk to widget doesn’t allow me to change the position. I have checked the icon, it is integrated inline.

    We cannot correct its position with CSS. You will need to customize the plugin. That is beyond our limitations and support policy.

    Please enable the cookie popup to your website because it is not visible on your website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

    z-index: 9999999999;
}

    I have a yelow pencil installed, but I don’t know what to change and you are not very friendly.

    Hello,

    I watched the video you attached.

    Sorry but it is not possible to make the chat widget as you mentioned. Because the CSS for the chat widget is added inline as we could not change it.

    As you can see with the CSS I provided you the cookies popup is displayed above the chat widget.
