    Hello everyone, I have a problem with the display of the products. I use Elementor and no matter what I try, my products would not be displayed. If anyone had a problem with this and found a solution, please help!

    If you run the recent version of the Elementor, please try to get to the previous plugin version. You see the recent version has bugs. The previous version is stable. ‘

    hello again, I tried the previous version, but unfortunately it didn’t work. The pictures of my products are still not displayed. When I installed the theme and imported the dummy images, everything still worked, when I deleted the images and imported my products and then this problem came up.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated, please, provide your site admin access to the private area.

    Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

    As described above, I followed the steps:
    – all non-relevant plugins deactivated (+ elementor)
    – changed to a parent theme -> on the start page product images are not displayed, but in the shop
    – individually activated the plugins -> no changes
    – elementor activated -> The pictures on the home page were still not visible, but now the products were no longer displayed in the shop
    – I reset the version of elementor again -> no changes
    – I reset the version of wordpress -> no changes
    – I reset the version of woocommerce -> no changes

    Please disable all the plugins except these ones and check again:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    I tried around a bit and used the wpbakery page builder, with the page builder I had the problem not all of my products were displayed normally. it’s just that I find the wpbakery page builder quite horrible (it doesn’t have as many options as elementor) and would not like to use it.

    Hello,

    WoodMart works with either WP Bakery builder or Elementor builder at once, but not with both at the same time.

    Your theme is based on the Elementor plugin, please deactivate and delete WP bakery page builder.

    Hello, I was aware of the thing with the page builder, I just wanted to know whether the same problem occurs with the wpbakery builder. As it turned out not. So the problem only occurs with elementor. It might be a stupid question (I’m not a programmer: P), but could the problem be solved with a custom css code? Or what could the Wpbakery builder do differently than elementor?

    Please switch to the Elementor and delete WP bakery page builder.

    Deactivate the plugins not related to the theme, provide the page URL where products are not shown, I will check

    Hi,

    I have deactivated all plugins that do not belong to the theme, excluded the plugin from my product supplier and do not see the product images on the following pages:
    – the home page: https://odevy.de/
    – the shop page: https://odevy.de/shop/
    As soon as I deactivate my supplier’s plug-in, I see placeholders on both sides. However, this turns all images on the website into placeholders. That means I cannot deactivate the plug-in, because the orders are received by the supplier through the plug-in and the products are also imported.

    But as I mentioned in another post, wpbakery doesn’t have the problem just elementor.

    Hi, I just compared the code of elementor and wpbakery and saw that elementor does not link the img src file. I took 2 screenshots, please take a look:
    – elementor (https://www.directupload.net/file/d/6131/ql9x3k2p_png.htm)
    – wpbakery (https://www.directupload.net/file/d/6131/kkwwnorx_png.htm)
    can this be changed with a custom code?

    Hello,

    When I tested your site for the first time, I deactivated the plugins, and product images worked well on Elementor. Now I am checking and see that you have configured everything on WP bakery page builder.

    We have a lot of sites on Elementor and faced never such a problem. Most likely problem the problem was caused by the influence of other plugins.
