Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

Please, check how it works with a default theme on that website. If it works well with other themes, please, provide us your admin access so we can check it.

If it doesn’t work with other themes as well then it is not something related to WoodMart. Probably, it is caused by some plugin conflict or your server configuration.
Sorry I was wrong to translate before, I meant that with other themes it does not give me the error. Can you check me out please?
