    Hello
    this is my first post, I recently launched my e-commerce site with your woodmart theme which is great but I have some concerns.

    Several customers told us about the problem to finalize the order. The “Order” button will not react.

    We tried with multiple browsers, logged in and offline, etc.
    It works for us but not for some customers …

    Can you help us on that?

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached.

    Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

    Because the order now button is default WooCommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.
