I am using Rank Math PRO already and they said that they don’t. That I have to contact my theme developers. The SEO plugin is taking it from the theme, so there must be a way to disable it?

Sorry but this data is not controlled by our theme this is related SEO. You need to use a plugin for that.
You can also check by activating the default WordPress Theme.
