let me know how to change the title of Description to Disclaimer
its really urgent

Hello,

WooCommerce does not provide the option to change / rename the tabs or to add a custom tab.
But you can check the below documentation for this purpose: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/
