Third-party review popup does not work

Hi there,

i hope you can help me integrate the Review-Popup from my review provider. I must integrate a code in the thank-you.php site. With this code, a popup appears for the customer to agree to a rating.

On my old Theme before relaunch run it easy. When I paste the code into the child theme, nothing happens. If I add the code to the main theme, it generates an error.
