Hi, at first it was working but after few days the email notification after placing any new order does not work, I have updated the theme and plugins, nothing changed, rechecked my email ( Gmail ) it is there but I don’t get a notification. Please advice
Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

I did as instructed, still does not work. But when I changed my email (Gmail) and replace it with my alwafaa.online webmail then it works.
So I have solved the issue but the question is that is this normal?
This is the Woocommerce functionality and our theme does not influence it. Most likely your configurations were not correct, as soon as you configured it properly it started working.
