    Hi,

    I’m having a problem. When user reset the password, the new one is not working at login …

    I need to solve ir urgently!

    Hi,

    Could you please check if it is our theme issue or not? Try to switch to default WordPress theme and check how it works. Most likely, this problem is caused by some of the installed plugins.
